It was a record breaking heatwave for the Porsche Club GB London Regions drive into Kent on amazing roads towards the coast.
With a well-deserved pitstop at the Woolpack Inn in Warehorne it gave us a break from the glorious bluebell filled woodlands and twisty lanes.
Heading south the landscape flattened, becoming increasingly apocalyptical until we arrived at Dungeness, an unusual and desolate landscape for lunch at the Snack Shack on the beach. We were soon tucking into flatbreads stuffed with grilled fish just caught on their own boats.
