THIS EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED DUE TO COVID-19!
With Spring just round the corner it's a good time to start driving our Porsche's with conviction once again. This R2 run out not only provides an opportunity to get the car out and enjoy driving with friends, the destination, AM Details, will teach us how to clean off the grime that covers our cars as soon as you take them out at this time of year.
We will be joined on this run by the Scotland Area of the Ferrari Owners Club of Great Britain - owners of both Marques have a shared interest in looking after their cars and it's a chance to meet some new people and enjoy sharing a passion for cars.
This run has an early start, meeting at Morgan McVeigh in Insch for 9:00am. The cafe there will provide Tea/Coffee and breakfast rolls for a small charge, and a chance for us all to gather before we set off.
Leaving at 9:30am sharp, our route for the day will take us out to Cabrach before turning North, heading toward Dufftown and then onwards to our destination of AM Details in Elgin.

Once there, AM Details will give a detailing demonstration as well as giving expert advice on what techniques and products can be used at home to clean and protect your car. AM Details also have their own range of products in their shop that they manufacture to their own specification, and have a very good reputation in the car detailing community. This is a great opportunity to learn how to clean your car like a pro!

After the lunch, there is an optional (and weather dependant!) walk on the nearby beach at Lossiemouth - you can make your mind up after lunch if you're coming to burn off some calories.
