RNLI-911 Scotland Challenge

Once again Belinda, James and Splash will be visiting Scotland for the 2019 RNLI-911 Challenge!

This year their aim is to drive anti-clockwise aroung the whole of Scotland, visiting all 77 RNLI lifeboat stations! Over 19 days the team will be driving over 2,800 miles!!

Why would anyone do this, you might ask??

Well - Belinda and James share a passion for Porsches and the RNLI. One day they thought "why don't we combine our passions..." and the RNLI-911 challenge was born! They want to raise awareness of this unique organisation which is run by volunteers whose sole purpose is to 'save lives at sea'. They also want to raise enough money by 2024 to buy a D Class Lifeboat for the cause.

Last year, a group of us showed our support by creating a convoy of Porsches along the east coast. We started in Anstruther and followed the crew all the way to Aberdeen. We would encourage the same enthusiasm again this year!

As an added bonus - anyone who makes an appearance on their tour and donates in person will recieve a RNLI-911 wristband. (while stocks last)

Take a look at the itinary on their website

Thursday 5 and Friday 6 September are the days when the challenge will be coming to the East Coast - but be sure to check out the rest of the itinary for their visits to Inverness and the West Coast too!

No need to book with us -- just be sure to take lots of pictures on the day - and be generous!
