Recently, R2 has been contacted by the father of a young man called Cameron, who lives with Autism. He has an obsession with Porche's, and the family pass by OPC Aberdeen every day for Cameron to have a look.
We've been asked if we could make Cameron's dream of riding in a Porsche a reality - which is where we need a little help from members.
We've agreed to invite Cameron and his family to Porsche Centre Aberdeen on the morning of Saturday the 27th of July, at 11am. Following a look around their showroom, we'd like to have a small selection of Porsche's for Cameron to go out on drives with.
We'd like about 4 members cars to take him out on drives - a selection of different cars would be great but we are sure Cameron will be grateful to get a ride out in any car.
Please note there is no special insurance for this event provided by the club - insurance will be through members own normal car policies so please be aware of this before volunteering.
