Following the success of our visit to Tesla in February, a second one was planned for our July Club Night, with the intention this time of being able to drive the cars. However, due to a miscommunication at Tesla, it transpired that the test drives were substituted by test rides. This was disappointing for those Members who anticipated a driving experience, but for those Members who hadn’t been to the previous meeting, they were impressed by the test rides – which included the newly-arrived Model 3, and appreciated the evening kindly hosted by Tesla Manchester. However, there remains still a doubt about the network of charging points across the country.
