A bright summer’s evening brought out six classic Fords for us to admire - a Mk 1 Mexico, a Mk 2 Capri (with a “Driven not Polished” sticker!), an XR3i, a modern classic Mondeo ST, two Fiesta RS Turbos and a 1955 Zodiac. Despite its age, the latter car was absolutely immaculate and belonged to a friend of a Region 5 member.
It was interesting to hear stories about the cars, particularly Les Durrant’s escapades in his Mk 1 Mexico and his Mk 2 Capri.
