A fine day attracted many Porsche Centre Wilmslow customers to try their hand at shooting clays and also provided an opportunity to test drive four Porsche models.
Situated high up on Bosley Cloud, accessed only by a narrow road, it was a fitting test for the Cayenne range. A 3.0L Petrol Hybrid, a 3.0L Diesel and a 4,8L V8 provided perfect transport for carrying the Purdey guns of the shooting set.
For those who hadn't experienced the new 991 Generation 2 there was a Diamond Black Metallic Carrera S powered by the new 3.0L Twin Turbo engine.
Shooting and driving certainly work up an appetite which was more than satisfied with bacon butties in the morning and a hearty lunch with several choices of main courses and delicious desserts to follow. The homemade food at Cloudside takes some beating.
The comfortable lounge with a roaring open fire provided a cosy social retreat in between shooting and driving.
