New Year Dinner

Trusting that you are looking forward to coming along to the Region 5 annual New Year dinner and already have reserved the evening of Saturday 18 January in your calendars. I am pleased to announce that the arrangements are now finalised and the event this year will be held at a new venue in the Tatton Suite at the The Pinewood Hotel, 180 Wilmslow Road, Handforth, Wilmslow SK9 3LF.

The festivities will start with a pre-dinner gathering at 7.30pm, then a three-course meal will be served from8pm, followed by tea/coffee and mince pies. Afterwards there will be a disco, which will be on hand for those who would like to dance into the night to work off their dinner – all for a bargain price of £28pp.

In order to help the organisers with catering, your pre-order of courses and payment, along with your selection of your three main courses from the following menu, would be appreciated before Tuesday 31 December.

Please also indicate if you have any food allergies so these can be passed on to the hotel.

For those who would like to stay over at the hotel, 10 rooms have been reserved provisionally until Saturday 4 January; so if you would like to book one of these at £70 for double occupancy, or for £60 single occupancy, including bed and breakfast, please book directly with the hotel before that date.

The evening is about enjoying the good company of your fellow members and the party atmosphere, so please let Allan Crosby know if you would like to attend, along with your menu choices, as soon as possible but no later than Tuesday 31 December, by email.
