We were invited along for a free vehicle health check which some of our members jumped at immediately. Because of time constraints of a busy Saturday morning we managed to squeeze fourteen vehicles into the allotted time. Luckily none of the owners received any major bad news or expensive repair quotes. The technicians showed us what they were inspecting for and why. They shared with us some great preventive maintenance tips while kindly allowing us the freedom to be as involved as much or as little as we wanted to be. During this time it also allowed other members to simply come along and take a look around their new multi-million pound dealership now that’s its fully open, with all the fixtures and fittings in place unlike our previous visit in June. A lot of the staff at Teesside are new to Porsche life and are keen to take every opportunity to glean as much information about the brand. They recognise that through events like this we, as owners, can assist them with this, particularly with our wide variation of models from different eras. Who better to promote a brand than an enthusiast of that brand? You will find that if you call into the dealership that you will be welcomed as an ambassador of the brand.
