Boxster Breakfast 29th September 2019
As September drew to a close, so did summer, it seems. We were privileged to be asked by Tracey Wilkins, Boxster Register Secretary, to host the Northern Boxster Breakfast. On what was probably the wettest Sunday morning of the season this year it was heartening to greet 50 members to the first Register only meeting in the north east. It was lovely to meet Boxster drivers from other Regions, as well as many R3 members, some on their very first Club meeting.
Dashing in out the rain, a full English in The Stables was much appreciated. A Boxster themed quiz taxed everyone’s brains, with the prize for the highest score going to David Bradford.
There was time for a photo opportunity in front of the Hall before members made their way home. Ten Boxsters headed west, in torrential rain, to Lowther Castle, to join others at the Charity Drive in support of Lymphoma Action.
