We recognise that the festive period can be an extremely difficult time of year to fit everything in, so following on from the success of previous years we have planned our event for early January.
We would like to invite R3 members to join us Saturday 4 January at Beamish Hall to enjoy our post-Christmas party. Bank transfer is our preferred payment method, it not only allows us to keep track of who has paid, but also helps to avoid any embarrassing future discrepancies. If you would rather pay cash on Club night please ensure that you get a written receipt from either Deb or myself for your payment. I am sure you can appreciate it gets harder each year to remember who paid us what, especially on a busy evening.
