Our last event of 2018 and a grand turnout of almost 60 members enjoyed a meal and a social evening.
The staff looked after us extremely well, our Club Room was decorated for Christmas and the food was delicious as usual. A raffle with loads of Christmas goodies (Colleen had been shopping for weeks), plus an Auction was held to raise funds for the East Anglian Air Ambulance, with many items being donated.
Tony donned his Auctioneer’s hat once again and the bidding began - items on offer included a Christmas Hamper, Gift Boxes of Porsche Glasses and Coffee Cups, a montage of Steve McQueen, and a Driving Experience at Silverstone.
We were delighted to receive a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a bottle of Wine presented to us by Andrew Rowley on behalf of the Club. Our sincere thanks to everyone who helped on the night and we hope you all enjoyed the evening as much as we did.
