INFORMATION FOR ATTENDEES
We are pleased that you are joining us for the first ever Porsche East on Sunday 20th August 2023.
LOCATION
Rickinghall Village Hall, Hinderclay Rd, Rickinghall, Diss IP22 1HD
PARKING
You should have received a parking pass and information email. Please print off the pass and display clearly in your windscreen before arrival. Upon arrival the welcome team will need the name you used when booking your ticket to check you in.
Gates open for main parking at 9:30am. Please arrive promptly with your pass displayed. Cars must be parked by 11am. There will no admittance to the field after this time.
For those invited to participate in the 75th Anniversary display, gates open for Heritage parking at 8:30am. Please arrive promptly with your heritage parking pass displayed.
As a polite reminder, you will only be allowed entry into the event in a Porsche. No other vehicles will be permitted onto the village green. If you arrive in any other vehicle you will need to park elsewhere. There is very limited public parking in the village hall car park.
Vehicles should stay in position until the end of the event at 15:00 when all cars will be directed off site by our team. Should you need to depart early due to an emergency please seek a member of our team (identified by a Porsche East t-shirt) to assist you.
TRADE STANDS
We are supported at the event by the following businesses in attendance - Porsche Centre Norwich, Reason Porsche, William Hewitt, PIE Performance, William Francis, Dissident Automotive, Bure Valley Classics and Detail Your Eyecandy
FOOD & DRINK
There will be a selection of food and drinks available throughout the day with various diets catered for. Picnics are also welcomed.
AWARDS
There will be 8 awards given away on the day judged by our Porsche related businesses. We have a variety of categories to ensure that everyone will be in with a chance to win. Entry to the awards is included in your ticket price. If you do not wish to be included please let one of the team know.
RAFFLE
There will be a raffle with some great merchandise available to win.
