Details of next years Weekend of the Year (WOTY), which will be in the beautiful New Forest staying at The Passford House Hotel, Lymington. Steeped in history and surrounded by 10 acres of gardens, Passford House Hotel lies midway between the New Forest village of Sway and the Georgian town of Lymington.
The hotel's dining room overlooks the gardens and offers a menu combining traditional and contemporary cuisine, complimented with impressive wines from the well-stocked cellar. Each of the hotel’s guest rooms feature a TV and facilities for making tea and coffee. Rooms are traditional in style, and have an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer. A gym, heated indoor pool, lawn croquet and petanque are available for the use of hotel guests.
Kieran at Scenic Car Tours have put together a package for us with prices for a three night or four night stay (the choice is yours). The Hotel doesn’t usually offer the evening meal in their rates, but Kieran has managed to get us a deal for that. It isn’t cheap, but anywhere in the New Forest would be pricey and it looks like a very good Hotel.
The Hotel is holding 10 rooms for us until the end of November, after which they will go back on sale to the public, so don’t delay if you wish to join us.
We have chosen this weekend as it coincides with the “Simply Porsche Event” being held at Beaulieu Motor Museum on Sunday, 3rd June which sounds like great fun (check out their website). If we participate as a Club in the Event we will receive discounted rates for all Beaulieu attractions including the Motor Museum (tickets prices not released from Beaulieu yet). We could also plan a visit to the nearby "Bucklers Hard Maritime Village" with a river cruise during the weekend if that appeals to anyone. Interested, then please read on ……..

Members can now book onto this tour with the £200.00 per car, non-refundable deposit whenever they wish to, with spaces being first come, first served.
The full balance isn’t then due until 10 weeks prior to the tour.

The 4 night package can be booked online. Anyone wanting 3 nights only, must phone us so we can manually deduct the difference do this on our booking system.

Deposits can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card or cheque. Credit cards carry 0.91% transaction fee, all other methods of payment carry no such fee’s .
