By the time you read this it will be nearing the end of April with spring well on its way and we will be looking forward to sunnier days and nice dry B roads with no potholes (I wish).
Chelmsford Museum
For those of us who had never previously been to Chelmsford City Museum, we were very pleasantly surprised by our visit on 5 February. Situated on the west side of Chelmsford in Oaklands Park it was a delight to experience this oasis of local history hidden by roads and housing. Our first R11 visit started with 24 members meeting in the Hive Cafe on the ground floor for light refreshments or an early breakfast for some.
