We have been attending County Wheels for 4 years, and it is a fantastic event attended by all mannner of cars, and car clubs.
It has proved so popular that last year they were turning cars away on the day, so in 2019 they are moving to a new venue, Revesby Estate, Park Lane, Revesby, PE22 7NB. This is allowing them to provide better refreshment offerings.
To attend you need to book, and this year the cost is £4 per car, and you will need to be on site from 11am until 3pm. We are hoping that once again Dave Ashford, now with Porsche Leicester, will be attending.
Once again I have arranged for us, exceptionally, to book directly with the organisers, who can accept either a cheque or Paypal (Paypal will also allow you to pay by credt/debit card). If paying by Paypal County Wheels incur a processing fee, which on each £4 transaction is 26 pence. This eats into the profits they raise and give to charities, so if you were able to send them the £4.00 fee plus a donation to assist the processing they would appreciate it.
The process to book is as follows, please read carefully as they are taking our direct bookings for the club as a favour so the Form does not exactly fit:-
- Please use the form HERE (this is a club stand booking form)
- Where it says Club insert Porsche Cub
- Where it says 'Main contact' insert your own name, address etc
- In 'Space requirements' insert the number of cars you are bringing, ignore tent space etc.
- In 'Any special requirements' please insert your Car type/model and registration number
Please then post/e-mail the form as per details on the bottom to Malcom Brown.
If you wish to pay by Paypal please advise him in the e-mail with your Booking Form, and he will send you an invoice giving the details of how to pay. There is a space on the invoice to insert a donation to cover processing fees should you wish to.
