Once again this year Delta Racing are organising a track day event to Le Mans in France. Last year about 30 Porsche cars from Jersey and Guernsey took part in this fantastic, very well-organised trackday event. The participating cars spanned everything from an intrepid duo of lady-drivers in their Mini to battle hardened former racing dirvers driving Porsche GT3RS and McLaren 570's. But, whether you are driving a Mini or a McLaren, this event is guaranteed to put a smile on you face and offers you the opportunity to drive your Porsche to its (or, more likely, your own) limits in a controlled and safe environment.
There are several members who are regulars at these trackday events and who are very willing to offer advice to novice trackday drivers. However, there may also be some who are more retiscent about driving their cars on a race track. Delta Racing would be happy to arrange a separate package for those who would like to visit the Le Mans racing circuit, stay at the hotel near the circuit but who would prefer not to participate on the track.
