Rain stops play
After weeks of sunshine, we were geared up for what is usually our biggest event of the year, the Classic Vehicle Show at Saumarez Park which was due to return after a COVID-19 break in 2020. I was also due to make a rare appearance due to the Le Mans 24-hour race (which usually clashes) being delayed until August.

Unfortunately, due to heavy rain the park was waterlogged and therefore the show was postponed.
