Appointment of Nick Taylor to the Board

In the November issue of Porsche Post it was announced that Edward Gorringe who has been our Company secretary since 2020 had decided to step down owing to a new professional appointment and resulting additional workload. We are delighted to welcome back Sue Taberner who was our Company Secretary for seven years to November 2019. Sue is a Chartered Secretary and Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute, has recently completed an MBA and comes from Region 5 to take on the role.
