We were joined by more than 900 Club members and Porsche enthusiast as they descended on the north’s most exciting automotive venue, The Motorist, for our Festival of Porsche in Yorkshire. Visitors were warmly welcomed to the stunning picturesque countryside filled to the brim with a selection of truly magnificent Porsches that were displayed across the site.
The first pitstop of the day had to be to the automotive themed café for a quick breakfast before heading outside to enjoy the beautiful sunshine and seeing what The Motorist had to offer. There was plenty of roaming entertainment for everyone to enjoy, including a guided tour of the museum, technical talks and photo workshops.
We were joined by Club partners Pirelli with their F1 simulator, and also had live music and a giant Scalextric throughout the day, before British Racing driver Mike Wilds gave Q&A talk looking back at some of the highlights of his career. Porsche Centre Leeds were also in attendance, providing technical talks at The Ramp.
