Easy to use
Adam is new to owning his card and he is also very happy with it. He finds the Esso Card™ makes fuelling considerably easier. He not only uses it for his Porsche but also fuels other vehicles in the household. Adam would highly recommend the Esso Card™ to other members.
Fuel quality
Alan likes the convenience of his Esso Card™, as well as the fact that he finds it easy to use. “The discount is a great benefit,” he says, “but the biggest perk is that the majority of Esso Premium Synergy fuels don’t contain ethanol.”
Another Club member who is equally impressed by Esso Synergy fuels told us: “Esso fuel in general is better for the older Porsche cars because the majority of Esso sites don’t have bioethanol added to the fuel, which is a fire hazard in older cars. Higher octane fuel gives a bigger explosion for performance cars but it’s not as good in terms of looking after engines as it can corrode fuel hoses.”
The savings
Customer savings are a key factor in using the Esso Card™. Fidel is a fan of the discount the Esso Card™ offers customers, especially during the seasonal sales, and he is looking forward to possible future improvements such as a pay at the pump facility.
Excellent service
The product is not the only pleasing factor. Peter highlighted the excellent customer service that he received. He says: “Setting up the account was very easy. Ruth, the account manager was extremely helpful with the process and follow-up calls. The hardest part is having to pay for the fuel, made easier by direct debit collection. An extra benefit is the increased discount offered at times during the year and the ability to fuel other cars in the household.”
