Earlier this month Porsche Club held the first held of our model-specific technical seminars, focussing on the 996 model type 911. Hosted by a panel of experts, please enjoy this preview from a day of advice and recommendations on all aspects of 996 ownership.
The seminar was chaired by Peter Morgan, Porsche Inspections, who was joined by Andy Willis, 996 Register Secretary, Steve Winter, Jaz Porsche and Steve Winter, representing Porsche Cars GB.
Discussions ranged from Engines and IMS, suspension, variations in oil type and of course current market values. Examples of almost all 996 variants could be found in the Clubhouse car park, showcasing the diversity of the model.
