Brands Hatch Festival of Porsche

Festival of Porsche returns to Brands Hatch on Sunday, 2nd September for a special celebration of Germany’s most iconic sports car manufacturer, complete with racing, demonstrations and displays.

Advance ticket sales through the Club have now ended, but tickets can still be purchased via Brands Hatch HERE.

The event’s return, for the first time since 2014, is ideally timed as it coincides with the 70th anniversary of the founding of Porsche.

On-track action will be headlined by Porsche Club GB’s very own Porsche Club Championship, starring a wide range of the manufacturer’s race-prepared cars across a number of classes.

What to expect…

Infield Parking

Members with infield passes will need to arrive between 7.30am and 9.30am, after 9.30 entry infield is at the organisers discretion. Infield parking is only for Porsche vehicles.

Members with a pink window hanger will park inside the circuit, members with a green or black hanger will, weather permitting, be parked on south bank. If you have not been sent a vehicle hanger you will be parked immediately outside the circuit.

Infield passes were passed on a first come first served basis and due to the demand for tickets the allocated spaces were quickly taken.

919 Hybrid Evo

Fresh from record-breaking laps at Spa and the Nürburgring the 919 Hybrid Evo will be a major attraction at Brands Hatch. Scheduled to participate in three on-track sessions the car will be driven by Le Mans winner and Porsche Club GB Honorary member Nick Tandy.

Racing

On-track action comes from the Porsche Club Championship, Restoracing Boxster, the Porsche Club Speed Championship and a designated race for 924s.

Displays

Over 35 significant Porsche race cars will be displayed within the main paddock at the circuit. A selection of hand-picked Porsche museum cars will combine with an array of privately owned examples.

Personalities

Derek Bell, Nick Tandy, Richard Attwood, Magnus Walker, Dan Harper and many more well-known Porsche personalities will be on-hand to meet guests at the event.

Live stage

Chaired by Lee Sibley of Total911 magazine, the live stage will be based within the Porsche Club marquee and operational from 10am to 4pm.

Porsche Cars GB

The team at Porsche Cars Great Britain will be bringing a whole host of displays and activities to the event.

Porsche Club hospitality

The usual Porsche Club hospitality will be on offer on Sunday. Barista served coffee, seating and retail will have a familiar feel, combined with a live stage. Please remember to bring your membership card with you in order to enjoy these facilities.

Grid walk

Walk out onto the world-famous Brands Hatch circuit during the lunchtime grid walk. You'll be able to get up close to the race cars and drivers and grab those once in a lifetime pictures of the Porsche Club Championship cars on the starting grid. Entry will be from the gate next to Paddock Hill bend.

End of day track parade

If the race schedule allows, to round off what will be a momentous day, all the Porsche Club GB display cars parked inside the venue will take to the circuit for a number of parade laps which we're sure will make an awesome sight and produce some great photo opportunities!
