Join us for a seasonal celebration of all things Porsche at the former RAF WW2 airfield turned classic car hub, Bicester Heritage, on Sunday, 11 December from 9am-5pm.
This year, our Christmas party will be bigger and better than ever and all Porsche enthusiasts and their families are welcome, including well-behaved dogs so long as they are kept on a lead.
The majority of the action will be in the large, covered hangar which will be festively finished and filled with Christmas trees and decorations thanks to The Stratton Audley Barn!
Make the most of this Christmas shopping opportunity that promises to be a fun day out for the whole family. Foodies are well catered for, with stalls specialising in festive delicacies from around the world, alongside plenty of local produce. Pick up some artisan cheese or mince pies along with your handcrafted gifts and tree decorations. We’ve even been promised a visit from Father Christmas himself, along with his favourite red-nosed reindeer!
Tickets
Tickets cost £16 per person and are available to Porsche Club members and Porsche enthusiasts alike. Club members can enjoy a £4 discount on their tickets but must be logged in to their Club account, prior to making their purchase. Children under 16 go free of charge.
BOOK TICKETS
Once you have booked your tickets you will receive an email containing your eTicket(s). Club members will also be able to access them from their dashboard. This will need to be shown in order to gain access to the event, so please have it ready to display either on your phone or printed out, ready to be scanned. If you have not received your eTicket, please email tom.avery@porscheclubgb.com by 4pm on Friday, 9 December.
Tickets won’t be available on the gate, so please book in advance and no later than midnight on Saturday, 10 December to avoid disappointment.
Timings and Arrivals
The event will get underway from 9am, however to avoid congestion we would ask visitors to stagger their arrival time throughout the morning. There will be no entry to the public before 9am. Cars will not be allowed to queue outside the gates and will be moved on if they do.
If you are arriving in a Porsche, please use the South Gate entrance.
If you are arriving in a non-Porsche, please the West Gate entrance.

Parking
The parking will be spilt into three areas, Porsche members-only, non-Porsche and stallholders. Please follow any instructions from marshals as they guide you to an appropriate parking area.
Disabled parking is located next to the hangar, please come through the South Gate entrance.

We are pleased to be joined by Collecting Cars. As the official auction partner for the Club they are inviting members who wish to sell their Porsche to consign to their online auction platform and display it at the event, at the same time the auction will be live. This represents a great opportunity to showcase your car to Porsche buyers in attendance and also an excuse to get out for one final drive! Also joining us will be Pirelli UK with two fully immersive GT simulators so you can put your driving skills to the test. You’ll also find a product display with specialists on hand to answer any technical tyre questions you might have.
Food Bank Donations
As with previous years, we will be accepting donations for the local foodbank. Take a look at what’s in a food parcel to see what items to donate, and don’t forget that food banks also accept essential non-food items such as toiletries and hygiene products, helping people in crisis to maintain dignity and feel human again.
Air Ambulances UK Silent Auction
There will also be a silent auction running until December 12th in aid of Air Ambulances UK with new items added weekly.
Air Ambulances UK champion, represent and support the lifesaving work of air ambulance charities right across the UK. They are focussed on providing vital national funding support, raising awareness, enabling advancements in patient care, advocating on key issues and policy, as well as being the central hub for the exchange of information and knowledge across the air ambulance sector.
Their work is vital because air ambulance charities form part of the UK’s frontline emergency response services, making lifesaving missions to around 80 people a day in urgent need of pre-hospital lifesaving care, but are funded by donations.

Thanks to Stratton Audley Barn, the hangar will be festively filled with Christmas trees and decorations. With decades of experience in the Christmas tree business, Stratton Audley Barn search for trees that have been grown in the best conditions to bring gorgeous quality trees to your home every year.
You can even have one of their stunning trees brought to Bicester for you to take home with you at the end of the event. Pick a favourite from their selection here and choose “A Porsche Christmas Festival” delivery option at checkout for collection on the day.
Bicester Village Shopping Experience
Club members wishing to further enhance their day can book a private clients shopping experience at Bicester Village from 10am. Combining reserved parking and an opportunity to shop in the prestigious Village with over 150 boutiques, this is an ideal way to share a passion for Porsche and pick up some Christmas gifts in a relaxed, festive atmosphere. The hangar is going to be packed with more than 250 stallholders, many of which have offered up some fantastic prizes for a raffle. Tickets can be purchased on the day from our “friendly team of elves” or within the members area. Senna Statue
Making a special appearance at A Porsche Christmas at Bicester is this extremely rare Senna Eau Rouge Bronze Sculpture by Paul Oz. The draw closes at 5pm on Friday, 2 December. The winner will be informed by 5pm Monday, 5 December 2022.
