Our Constitution

Porsche Club Great Britain, also known as PCGB, is a membership organisation operating for the benefit of its members. It operates as Gmünd Heritage Limited, and is a company limited by guarantee without share capital.

Like all companies, we have a Memorandum of Association which is the 'constitution' of the Company and which sets out various legal details, including the business purpose for which the Company is formed. These, along with the Articles of Association, provide guidance for the Club's operation as well as defining the framework within which the Club operates. Further information about the Club's constitution is available on request from the Club Office.
