Porsche 356 Tour of the Midlands

Following the success of the inaugural Midlands 356 tour in August 2018 we are looking forward to repeating this 356 specific event on Sunday, 11th August.

The one-day event will start in Atlow in Derbyshire for breakfast and then follows a very scenic route through the Peak District and the Staffordshire Moorlands, eventually ending up at the National Brewery Centre in Burton on Trent.

Among various points of interest it will include visiting the Oakamoor Hill-climb course abandoned in 1912 but now revived for one day each year for demonstration runs of veteran, vintage and classic sports cars and motorcycles.

On arrival at the Brewery Centre for a private carvery lunch, the cars will be arranged for public display in front of the main building. There is much to see at the Centre and for those interested guided tours will be available after lunch.

Provisional timings are: assemble in Atlow between 9:00 and 9:30am and set off on the tour from 10:00am arriving at the National Brewery Centre between 12:30 and 1:00pm.
