Porsches on the Prom

More than 500 Porsches are expected to descend on Llandudno promenade for the Club’s annual Porsches on the Prom event. The free event is organised by the Club’s North Wales Region and gets underway at 10am with no prior booking required.

Upon arrival, you will be directed to your Le Mans-style parking position by one of the marshals, and once there you can wander round the hundreds of cars on display and chat with fellow Porsche enthusiasts.

The Menai Suite at the St George’s Hotel opposite the Prom entrance will be available for members to use, and this facility provides a meeting place as well as all the normal amenities. Tea, coffee and bacon or sausage sandwiches will be available to buy in the suite.

Meanwhile, Porsche Centre Chester will be displaying some of the latest Porsche models on the promenade entrance with Porsche Driver’s Selection merchandise inside the hotel.

The event aims to raise money for local children’s hospice Ty Gobaith/Hope House, and members are encouraged to support the cause by purchasing tombola tickets for the chance of winning some stunning prizes.

If you are staying for the weekend, then why not visit Anglesey on Saturday, 20th to watch the Porsche Club track day? With stunning views of the Irish Sea and Snowdonia, Anglesey is one of the most picturesque circuits on the Porsche Club GB track day calendar.
